Our core product is needle punched filter felt, made from premium staple fibers including polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), and high-performance grades such as PPS, PTFE, aramid, and P84. Every roll is manufactured on a complete production line: fiber opening, carding, cross-lapping, and needle punching, followed by singeing, heat setting, and calendering. This ensures smooth surfaces, uniform thickness, controlled permeability, and stable filtration efficiency.
We also offer functional treatments to match demanding conditions: anti-static, oil and water repellent, and PTFE membrane laminated grades, as well as singed and calendered finishes for easy cake release and longer service life.
